Getting Pioneer Car Stereo In Nigeria

Africa - Ghana 2007

Frenchman 's Hotel - Ankasa Forest 30/11 - 10/12

This has been my residence in Ghana Ankasa to the last days. Stupendous!
It is located near a small village but it is virtually isolated on top of a hill. Around a few small house and a dozen souls to inhabit.
I was without water or light in the evening but in return you millions of fireflies lit up, a show that now we can not see in Italy.
I had a bin where collected rainwater, which in this area fortunately never fails.
for ten days I wash with antiseptic and cooked rice and mosquitoes every night but compared to the relaxation that I felt nothing is important.
Early in the morning I got up and I reached with my bike the headquarters of the park and then walk to the tower to do my job. In the evening around 5 ***** I returned to my hotel and prepared the usual eggs and rice or rice and sardines. There was always someone who came to visit even though it had nothing to say to me, it seemed that their favorite pastime was watching me!
do not know if the next time I return there, I hope so, but unfortunately its location is a bit too far from the tower and if not buy a motorized vehicle, I can hardly stay there.

My room was a den of rats and cockroaches but after a day of elbow grease I made that little hut, a princely palace. The night came from the forest of sounds very strong, was full of noisy animals, but not at all disturbed sleep, but ...
Hot so hot and humidity is crazy, I had never worn clothes dry all the time to Ankasa.
To make things even more enjoyable was the company Abyio that after work spent his time with me to fix the data collected during the day. It 's a guard and has helped me to manage relationships with those with whom I worked. He gave me a hand to do a little of everything and even now he is looking for a botanist with whom I work, but that seems unreachable. We were also together in Accra, but if I tell the truth, from good old Roman, in the city have been more useful to me. People who have always lived in the villages is obviously very simple, think of them in a society like ours gives me the chills, anyone could benefit from it. If you ever have time, next time we should go together in Nigeria to take his car to become temporarily and to know my father who lives and works in television ... maybe I go in the ballerina TeleNigera!

The fores of Ankasa is really beautiful, tree height is 40 m, are giants.
This photo is in the Bamboo Cathedral a mystical place where there are huge clumps of bamboo and a small river with the sound of rushing water broke the strange silence that is not typical of this forest. Nearby there is a field in which they live and park 7-8 guard is probably where I'm going to be in February.
So I can not wait to come back even though you can rest assured, the xenophilia not have won over me this time either, though it is a wonderful place, my body is not made to live there and then make yourself the 'peace of mind, you will bear with me for much longer!

Africa - Ghana 2007

Tower 24/11/2007

some pictures of the tower that was built to the project that my university is doing in Ghana. E '70 m high will be placed just above the instruments needed to measure the carbon uptake of forest Ankasa.
I will do a study on biodiversity and biomass in order to characterize and describe the area around the tower.

Africa - Ghana Africa

Nglicaso Village, November 28, 2007

Tonight was a special evening.
Marion just before taking the plane asked me a favor and pick up a drum that she had not had time to take, and take him to Italy. When I saw inside my head I have sent so many bad words ... 11 kg of "drum" ... but tonight I thanked him for it. About six o'clock I went to the beach and I hid behind a pile of bricks to try to sound a bit 'por bulerias, a guy saw me, came to sit next to me and taught me an African rhythm. Not so long ago and a bit 'at a time began to approach the children, then the largest and eventually the whole village was around us singing. At one point I just have given way to those who can play and I started to dance and sing with others. I gave the best of my free gifts to dancer and we enjoyed like crazy. For them it is already special to see if he dances like a white one if it is held even more! When we stopped because otherwise older people get angry, they helped me to replace all my things and with one child in one hand and Jonh on the other, I started toward the house where the other (I live in a separate room) and without it I realized I was about fifty children had followed me to say goodnight.
My relationship with the Ghanaian improves every day, I was beginning to feel a lot of the advice of those who had more experience than me in this country but then I realized that there is a rule that applies in every part of the world is in yourself respect for others and you will see that there is always a good idea.
I am convinced that if I arrange it properly before you leave, when I come back not even suffer from hunger as is happening now. The only reason why I can stand the fasts is that the input that I receive are so many and continue to not feel the stomach cramps.
Tomorrow I promised the boys we will make the first game of rugby in their lives, I took a football, with the strange oval had never seen, are all elated and can not wait to play with.

It 's really a special place in Africa, I hope in earnest as soon as possible to frame my position working for recover the total freedom because I am sure is the only way to fully experience vivermi.

to bed I go Hello, hello!

2007 - Ghana 2007

Fumesuà, November 18, 2007

And how do I tell this time in this trip ?!?!?
What my eyes are seeing these days is beyond any imagination. Ghana is a wonderful place, people are quite friendly, honest and cheerful. The slow pace of their actions comes into conflict with the huge mess that is on the road. During the day there is no person who is outside his home to sell something, women, men and children, all carrying around excessive weight in the head passing between the machines to make their businesses. Small banks in each corner, you do everything in the street, you cook, they kill the chickens, combing, eating.
Music and preached everywhere, they are all very religious and is probably why there is crime and if someone dares to do something wrong the whole population turns against him.
The white people are something special for them and call you when you meet Bruno (white woman), and always asking you how you are, your name and where you're going. Children will kill you with laughter and greet all the time.
colors everywhere, ironically a place where death is commonplace of the day, is full of life.
Yesterday I spent the entire day in Kumasi and I had the good fortune to attend a wedding and a funeral, and more absurd, I liked most of the funeral! For this ceremony, everyone is dressed in a black cloth, are pulled together and polished to celebrate the death of dancing and singing.
My name is Abena Chaithirì here because I was born on Tuesday and the last child ..
After being two days in Accra with Renato and Elisa, as planned I reached Marion, a French student at the Fumesuà Forigo. She is now fully integrated, even speak the local language, the "Twi" and I think it's lucky for me because in this so everything is faster. To reach the city take the Tro - Tro that is the most funny I have ever made in my life, is a van with a 15in seats and wobbles a lot but does so in time to music. You can also make long journeys with the Tro - Tro, you put your luggage on the luggage rack, even bring us even live animals!
I have not started my job but it's okay, I tried a bit 'of literature here in the center of forestry research and finally I will go tomorrow in the forest of Bobiri.
of mosquitoes there are very few and only at night, if you're careful to respect certain rules of behavior, there is no danger. Ditto for intestinal bacteria, just not braggarts believing they can eat and drink anything and nothing happens.
Certainly not the cleanest place in the world but for what it gives you an emotional level you adapt to any situation.
I'm fine and I think that I will not have problems to return in January, but ...
A hug to everyone and if you come with me next time you begin to prepare, I assure you that it's worth it.
the way, here is that my English is improving, it's so nice to talk to people that the hamster in my head travels in 3000!
Kisses, kisses, kisses.

Counter Strike Playing Options

Preparations ...

It almost came on the day of departure and still feel to be on the high seas with the preparations.
Actually I do not think I ever feel ready because I have not the faintest idea of \u200b\u200bwhat I expected really.
two days in this part is "taking care of me," a French boy who is doing her PhD in the forest of its Ankasa.
For him everything seems to be very simple but in reality is not so!
Basically I leave from Fiumicino with Elisa (a PhD student) and Renato (coach), but will not continue my journey alone with them because I need to take a bus to go before a French researcher with whom I will make a week of practicum, and then a Ghanaian student with whom I will make a comparison on another type of forest. At the end of these two weeks, which will develop the method to use for my thesis, I'll leave Ankasa where to begin to organize the work in January / February when I come back to do the surveys.
This way I can turn around most of Ghana having to interact with the locals, although I can not hide to have a little anxiety ... you know, I'm going to Africa, not to Frittole!

Gum Repair After Veneers

way home

This is me during one of my coming back home when I was in Dublin ...

Gift Card Numbers For Hot Topic

Last Days in Dublin

The last will be first!
These guys were my roommates with Margaux (pictured below and Gordana) and the Noste behind the kitchen where I could prepare my first decent meal in Ireland. Pepe and Adrian, I hope to see them. Adrian is a biologist and when we found out we have this passion in common we are enlightened eyes, you know, we are rare beasts we love plants!
Here's me, Margaux and Paul that I dubbed "Mr. j'adore. Vero Franco-Brazilian DOC ... Have your own business!

is over even this short experience abroad, perhaps the only so painful. Fortunately, however, even here among the many meetings it is out of some special person. Margaux is a real explosion of energy and reminds me so much me when I was his age (heck guys start talking like an old but actually I have a good 15 years older than her !!!).
But now the only thing on my mind is leaving for Africa, yesterday I bought the ticket and if you want to greet me at the airport know that birth on November 13 at 9 am
the way, the day before I 33 years ... ommioddio!
